WARRANTIES

OVERDRIVE gurantees it products to be free from any manufacturing defects, defects in material or workmanship for the specified period as given below for various categories of the lamps. The warranty is applicable from date of delivery which ever comes first or the rated life which ever come first. The warranty is void in case any product is not used for the purpose for which it was manufactured. It would also be void if not operated in accordance with:

• Safety standards of Underwriters Laboratory (UL)
• The National Electric Code (NEC)
• American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
• The specific instruction mentioned on the packing or products or installation literature

If the product fails to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return the product to the place of purchase or to Global Consumer Products Inc. 120 Brighton Road, Unit # 3, Clifton , NJ 07012 along with the original sales receipt within the period of warranty. All the responsibilities regarding the product are set forth by this warranty. The only remedy would be replacement of repair at OVERDRIVE's option. OVERDRIVE shall in no event be liable for the damage in excess of the purchase price of the lamp, for any loss of use, loss of time or any other form of direct/indirect loss or consequential damage arising out of the use or inability to use such product, to the full extent such may be claimed by the law. The details of warranty period for all lamp products are as per the lamp life specified in hours & are detailed below:

• 6000 Hour Lamps: 9 months
• 8000 hour Lamps: 12 months
• 10,000 hour Lamps: 15 months
• 12,000 hour Lamps: 18 months
• 20,000 hour Lamps: 24 months

NOTE: All Energy Star qualified products are unconditionally warranted for a period of 2 years for Residential Use ONLY (as specified on the packing).
